CADRO begins with the construction of its core identity, infrastructure, and product layer. This phase defines the project visually, strategically, and operationally, establishing CADRO as a premium Web3 risk environment rather than a generic utility bot.
The first product milestone is the development of the three core commands that define the entire initial experience: Token Analyser and Website Analyser. Each command is designed to provide an automated risk overview based on available signals, giving holders a fast and structured way to evaluate the most important risk surfaces in Web3.
At the same time, CADRO prepares its gated ecosystem architecture. The Discord system is structured around a public entry point and a private holder-only destination, while the NFT collection, mint flow, and Base infrastructure are finalized ahead of launch. Website and marketing operations begin in April, leading into the official mint preparation.
This is the quarter where CADRO goes live as a real holder ecosystem. The 111 CADRO NFTs are officially minted, establishing the collection as both an access pass and a status layer inside the project.
Ownership unlocks entry into the private CADRO environment. After verification in the public Discord, holders gain access to the exclusive server where the real utility lives: private bot channels, gated analysis access, governance discussions, intelligence sections, and a more curated community experience built around select participation.
This phase transforms CADRO from a concept into an active ecosystem. The product is no longer just something users see, it becomes something holders enter, use, and live inside.
Once the launch cycle is complete, the focus shifts to refinement. CADRO strengthens the reliability, clarity, and consistency of its risk analysis experience across all three core commands. The goal is not expansion for the sake of optics, but tightening the quality of the ecosystem that already exists.
At the same time, the holder layer becomes more important. Community feedback is collected, governance begins to take practical form, and selected decisions start moving through the holder base in a more structured way. CADRO remains selective, but holders begin to have a real voice in how the project continues to evolve.
This is the phase where the project proves whether exclusivity is backed by substance.
By Q1 2027, CADRO is positioned to consolidate its first full cycle as a premium holder-based AI risk ecosystem. The core model is fully visible: limited supply, gated access, daily analysis utility, curated community, and a product experience tied directly to ownership.
The objective of this phase is to strengthen CADRO as a recognizable standard for private Web3 risk intelligence. The bot, the NFT, and the holder environment are no longer separate parts, but one integrated system built around access and utility.
If the first cycle performs strongly, CADRO may later explore a more advanced evolution of the bot through a future expansion phase and a new mint structure. That is not the promise of this roadmap. The promise of this roadmap is to build the first CADRO model properly, make it valuable, and make access to it matter.
